yoBreeder (yobreeder.com) is operated by Encountr LLC, a United States company.
yoBreeder is an online platform where adult members post photos, videos and other content of themselves. yoBreeder does not produce, commission, select or alter any of the content its members post, and does not hire, contract for, manage or arrange for the participation of any person depicted in it.
With respect to content posted by members, yoBreeder is not a "producer," primary or secondary, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Its activities in relation to that content are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting of content posted by members, without selection or alteration of the content, which are excluded from the definition of "produces" by 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4)(v). Resizing, compressing or rotating a member's photo or video for display does not change its content.
Every member must be at least 18 years old, must give his date of birth, and agrees in our Terms of Service to post only content of himself or of other adults who consented to it being posted. Members who produce content are responsible for keeping any records the law requires of them.
Any content on yoBreeder that we create ourselves, such as our logo and our advertising, does not contain actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A).
yoBreeder has zero tolerance for any content involving a person under 18. We check public photos and videos for signs that a person could be under 18, we remove such content, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. To report content, use our report form.
